About Us

Born out of the ambition to enhance the health and wellness of women, men and children everywhere, twin sisters and Integrative Nutrition Health Coaches Lindsay Evans and Danielle McGrath founded Nourish Live Flow in Toronto, Canada. Their vision is to educate, support and empower people to take responsibility for their own health and wellness and to enhance the fulfillment and joy in their lives. Lindsay and Danielle believe that we NOURISH ourselves, not only through the foods that we eat (which we believe are our ‘Secondary Nourishers’), but more importantly and fundamentally through our ‘Primary Nourishers’. To them, Primary Nourishers include the relationships we have with our partners, children, families and friends, our career choices and level of happiness at work, a spirituality practice which makes us feel grounded and balanced and the level of physical activity we engage in on a daily basis.

More than just another health and wellness company, Nourish Live Flow embodies the philosophy core to our essential well being:

To feel your best and to live your best life.

Why Nourish Live Flow?

A title that embodies the foundations of how one can live an abundant, healthy, joyful and fulfilled life, we wanted to capture all of the facets of our multi-dimensional company. Not only do these three words encompass our ideology around health & wellness, but all of the dimensions that make up our brand.

To Nourish...

To nourish oneself is not simply about food, but rather our emotional, spiritual and physical sustenance: these are the essentials of well-being. Whether it’s through what we eat, through self-care practices, through engaging in healthy relationships, through our career and environment or through our spirituality practice, it’s our goal to empower our clients to nourish themselves on all levels.

To Live...

More than just existing, we’re avid believers that it’s the quality of life that counts. Nourish Live Flow serves to inspire and drive our clients to live life to the fullest, every single day. Challenge yourself, achieve new heights, discover the things that make you tick and make as many memories as you do mistakes. Stay clear of striving for perfection, as this within itself is a source of distress and anguish (take it from two Type A perfectionists who learned this lesson the hard way), and can actually cause people to experience more stress, anxiety and unhappiness. Find comfort in the flaws: to live fully, we must accept our lives and all their imperfections, forgive the past and let go of the future.

To flow...

To us, to flow means to move, in any way that you can. We believe there is a flow state – the ultimate state of human existence, where you are happy in the present moment, while also making grand plans for your future. So, we want you to move your body, move your mind, move your career, move your relationships, move your life forward in a positive direction towards a happier, joyful and abundant life, all the while being grateful at your current juncture. We are dedicated to helping our clients discover all the ways that they can achieve this better state of flow in all capacities of their lives.
