Berry, Banana & Chia Smoothie

Smoothies are one of the easiest and fastest ways to get a large amount of healthy foods, vitamins and nutrients into your body. And the best part is that they are so ultra-versatile, you can simply never get bored! Toss any fruits, veggies and superfoods you've got on hand into a high-speed blender (we like Nutribullet and Vitamix) and blend until smooth. 

Berry, Banana & Chia Smoothie

What you'll need

1 Banana, peeled and sliced

2 cups fresh or frozen mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, blackberries)

Handful baby spinach leaves

½ cup plain full-fat yogurt (we like siggi’s)

½ cup milk (whole, almond or soy)

1 tbsp chia seeds

How-to

1. Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until completely smooth. Divide between 2 glasses and
