About Us

We're identical twins, moms, best friends — and the women we used to be looking for.

We're Lindsay & Danielle — Linz & Dani. As you can probably tell, yes, we're identical twins. We're also moms and best friends, and we've done just about everything in life side by side — including the messy, confusing parts. After years living in different cities across Canada, we now live three doors down from each other in a small town surrounded by nature, and a community that shares the love of health and clean living our parents raised us with. Most days you'll find us walking our dogs, hiking, taking a class at our favourite Pilates studio, or building this business from the local coffee shop. We're turning 50 this year, which still feels a little surreal to say out loud!

Before this chapter, we had very different professional paths. Dani was a physiotherapist and acupuncturist, so her background has always been rooted in the physical body — musculoskeletal health, pain patterns, movement, and energy flow. Linz's background is in food, nutrition, and media — working in the media side of food and health and learning how to communicate health in ways that feel accessible and relatable. But even on different paths, we always shared the same dream: to build a business together, helping women thrive in every season of life. So when our kids were still young, we went back to school to the Institute of Integrative Nutrition — together — to become certified integrative holistic health & nutrition coaches.

That's how Nourish Live Flow began.

At first, our work centered on nutrition and coaching. But it didn't stay there.

For both of us, this deeper journey started with anxiety. Different life experiences, the same heavy feeling — that quiet sense of not being quite ourselves, of our bodies and minds running in a gear we couldn't downshift out of. That's what first led us to mindfulness, meditation, and breathwork. Not as a trend, but because we genuinely needed them. And what we found there changed everything.

Over the years, we also became deeply passionate about clean living — reducing toxic load, simplifying the products in our homes, helping women understand the everyday exposures most of us never think about. That passion deepened even more after our dad passed away from cancer. That loss changed us. It made this work feel personal in a new way.

Then midlife arrived, and the ground shifted again. In our early forties came the changes: more anxiety, broken sleep, those 3 a.m. wake-ups, brain fog, a body that no longer responded to what used to work. Our first instinct was to try harder. But our bodies pushed back — until we finally saw the truth that changed our whole approach.

Our bodies weren't failing us. They were communicating with us.

Around the same time, we started noticing something in the women we worked with. They weren't just struggling with what to eat or how much to exercise. They were overwhelmed. Chronically stressed. Anxious. Exhausted. Dysregulated. And so were we. That's when everything connected, and we shifted to focus on women navigating midlife and perimenopause.

So we did what we do best — we got curious and started listening. We studied perimenopause deeply, learned our family history, and tested everything until we found what actually made a difference. Feeling well in midlife isn't about pushing harder. It's about slowing down, nourishing yourself, calming your nervous system, and trusting your body again.

We've watched far too many women move through this season alone — told their symptoms are "just part of aging," left to white-knuckle their way through. You don't have to. You're not broken. Your body is simply asking for attention, understanding, and care.

Everything we do now is built around four simple pillars. Mindset & Intentions — shifting from pressure and restriction into curiosity, compassion, and self-trust. Regulating the Nervous System — the often-missing piece, teaching the body simple ways to feel safe again so real healing can begin. Nourishing the Body & Mind — going beyond food to include movement that replenishes rather than depletes, and practices that support your mental and emotional wellbeing. And Reducing Toxic Load — gentle, sustainable swaps that lighten the everyday burden on your hormones without the overwhelm. When these four come together, women stop chasing quick fixes and start feeling grounded, energized, and in tune with their bodies again.

And after years of dreaming about it, we finally brought one of our biggest lifelong goals to life: writing a book. Our Nourish & Thrive in Perimenopause workbook is everything we wish we'd had when we were navigating this stage ourselves — the education, the tools, and the steady hand we longed for, all in one place.

That's our whole approach: small, consistent shifts, real conversations, and practical tools — so you can reconnect with your energy, your purpose, and your spark, and start to feel like yourself again.
