WEEK 2 — REGULATE YOUR NERVOUS SYSTEM
Getting out of survival mode. This is the week most programs skip — and it's the one that makes everything else possible. Simple, doable tools to calm the stress response so sleep, mood, and patience get a real chance to come back.
WEEK 3 — NOURISH YOUR BODY & MIND
Eating for the body you have now. No diets. No restriction. Just a simple framework for building meals that actually support you in this season — built around what works in perimenopause, not what worked at 25.
WEEK 4 — DITCH THE TOXINS
Small swaps, not overwhelm. We help you identify the 3–5 highest-impact changes to the products and habits quietly working against you — at your own pace, without the 47-item checklist.

We meet live every Monday, starting September 14th, for 60–75 minutes. Each session combines a short teaching with real conversation — this is a room of women who get exactly what you're going through, not a lecture.
